Core Responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary processes from initiation to resolution
- Prepare case documentation and coordinate hearings
- Advise on dispute resolution and grievance procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Maintain confidential case records
- Represent the municipality in labour matters
