Core Responsibilities

  • Manage disciplinary processes from initiation to resolution
  • Prepare case documentation and coordinate hearings
  • Advise on dispute resolution and grievance procedures
  • Conduct workplace investigations
  • Maintain confidential case records
  • Represent the municipality in labour matters
