Position: Labour Relations Officer (Collective Bargaining)

Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Law, or related field (NQF 6/7)
- 1-2 years’ experience in labour relations environment
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Labour Forum coordination and secretariat services
- Prepare financial reports including monthly expenditures and cash flows
- Coordinate procurement processes and asset register maintenance
- Manage case registration and acknowledgement processes
- Compile labour relation statistics and performance reports
- Organize employee training programs and meeting logistics
