Position: Labour Relations Officer (Collective Bargaining)

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Law, or related field (NQF 6/7)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in labour relations environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Labour Forum coordination and secretariat services
  • Prepare financial reports including monthly expenditures and cash flows
  • Coordinate procurement processes and asset register maintenance
  • Manage case registration and acknowledgement processes
  • Compile labour relation statistics and performance reports
  • Organize employee training programs and meeting logistics
