Purpose of Position
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and assist with specimen preparation to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with English, Biology (Life Sciences), and Mathematics
- HPCSA registration in relevant practice field
- Basic knowledge of Meditech system
- Prior experience in a pathology lab environment preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize laboratory workspaces
- Prepare specimens for testing
- Maintain client service standards
- Perform routine administrative tasks
- Follow safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines
