Key Accountabilities

• Participate fully in workplace activities that align with your development goals.
• Attend and engage in all agreed training sessions.
• Assist customers and your team to maintain performance.
• Complete all administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting.
• Work leads effectively to meet sales targets and productivity goals.
• Deliver excellent service for customer satisfaction.
• Keep client information confidential and follow scripts for compliance.
• Meet FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements: Hold an FSCA-approved qualification, pass the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5), complete product-specific and class of business training, and demonstrate honesty, integrity, and good standing.
• Preference for candidates with an FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 exam.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting (Required)
• National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
