Your Role:

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure an outstanding shopping experience, support sales success, and maintain the brand’s reputation through careful stock and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Control & Accuracy

  • Handle cash desk duties efficiently with zero errors.
  • Follow daily cash control and banking processes accurately.
  • Manage manual transactions correctly when needed.

Stock Management & Organisation

  • Carry out daily stock procedures to keep store operations smooth.
  • Help manage customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
  • Do weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organised.
  • Complete shoe pairing tasks to maintain stock quality.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Provide a premium shopping experience with good product knowledge.
  • Build strong customer relationships through personal service.
  • Maintain the brand’s luxury standards with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
  • A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy hours
