Core Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Process transactions accurately with zero cash variances
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and banking procedures
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized stockroom and display areas
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and product pairing
- Process customer orders efficiently
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver premium shopping experiences
- Build customer relationships through personalized service
- Maintain brand standards in all client interactions
Candidate Profile:
- Matric/Grade 12 certification required
- 6-12 months retail experience (luxury goods preferred)
- Availability for weekend shifts and peak trading periods
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and customer service excellence
