About the Role
Join our retail team as a Flexi Store Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence in a premium fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Process transactions accurately at cash desks
- Manage daily cash control and banking procedures
- Handle manual transactions when required
Inventory Management:
- Maintain organized stock rooms and display areas
- Conduct weekly stock counts and product pairing checks
- Coordinate customer orders and deliveries
Customer Engagement:
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
- Deliver personalized service to foster customer loyalty
- Maintain brand standards through professional conduct
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Completed Grade 12 education
- 6-12 months retail experience (fashion/luxury retail advantageous)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- Passionate about fashion trends and customer service
