Job Purpose

To offer expert advice and support in creating operational plans and service delivery processes. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing knowledge management initiatives, processes, and infrastructure to meet business objectives and improve service delivery.

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Information and/or Knowledge Management, plus 5-7 years of experience in an information, knowledge, or records environment. At least 2-3 years should be at a technically skilled practitioner level.

Alternative Qualification

  • Senior Certificate (NQF 4) plus 10 years of experience in an information, knowledge, or records environment. At least 2-3 years should be at a technically skilled practitioner level.
