Education Requirements: Matric/NCV Level 4 with Hospitality qualification preferred
Requirements
- National Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 1 year hospitality industry experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours
Key Responsibilities
- Support culinary instruction and recipe development
- Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory control
- Assist in student supervision during practical sessions
- Coordinate supplies procurement and resource management
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Support college recruitment initiatives
