Role Overview
We are seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the implementation and coordination of the Community Work Programme in the Kgatlopele LM area. This role involves managing program activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering partnerships to achieve community development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and program implementation at the site level
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align activities with service delivery priorities
- Monitor program performance and prepare detailed reports (monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and program standards
- Manage training logistics and support staff/participant development
- Facilitate community engagement and partnership initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for program activities
- Support financial processes, including participant payments and budget tracking
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in project coordination or community development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
