About the Role

The Community Work Programme (CWP) is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to oversee the implementation of community projects in Kamiesberg Local Municipality. This role involves coordinating activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with program standards to drive impactful community development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of CWP initiatives within the designated site
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to align projects with community needs
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and performance analyses
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and program guidelines
  • Facilitate training programs and capacity-building activities
  • Manage site staff and maintain accurate records
  • Support partnership development with public and private entities

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (minimum) with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
