Position Details

- 📚 Qualification: National Certificate/Higher National Certificate
- 📅 Experience: 2+ years in stores/warehouse environment
- 📍 Location: Free State
- 🔧 Field: Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory management through stock reconciliation and system updates
- Maintain organized storage of materials and proper issuance procedures
- Conduct weekly stock checks and monthly inventory audits
- Monitor fuel distribution for company and staff vehicles
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards and PFMA regulations
- Prepare monthly chemical usage reports
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or Accounting
- Proven experience in stock control and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with computerized inventory systems (CMMS preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Valid driver’s license
