Junior Stores Controller Position

Company: Vaal Central Water (Bloem Water)

Water service provider for municipalities and mining sectors in Northern Cape and Free State

Location: Bloemfontein, Free State

Employment Type: Full-Time

Core Responsibilities:

• Support stock management through weekly reconciliations and system updates
• Maintain organized storage and oversee material distribution
• Conduct weekly stock checks and monthly inventory audits
• Manage fuel allocation for company and staff vehicles
• Ensure compliance with health/safety standards
• Process chemical distribution documentation monthly

Essential Requirements:

• National Certificate/Diploma in Business Management or Accounting
• 2+ years inventory/stores management experience
• Proficiency in inventory software (CMMS knowledge advantageous)
• Understanding of PFMA supply chain regulations
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
