Job Summary
Participate in a learning programme to maximise both personal and organisational development. You will work towards predefined training objectives and gain practical experience in a real banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all workplace experiences that align with your development objectives.
- Attend and actively participate in all training and development sessions that align with your development objectives.
- Support customers and team members as required to help the team perform consistently.
- Complete all administrative duties accurately, including tracking and reporting progress.
Requirements
- Credit and criminal record must be clear.
- Minimum qualification: NQF Level 4.
- GET Certificate in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required).
