Job Description

Purpose of the roleTo provide 1st Level Support for Cloud, Desktop, Server, and Networks for Lesedi IT Systems (Not limited)KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (All sites)Attend ServiceDesk calls and close in SLA timeframeLaptop/Desktop (Specification, Procure, Distribute, Support)Lesedi software application installation and basic support (Engineering software)Manage and maintain all Meeting rooms, video conferencing (not limited)Assist with maintenance of local network cablingAssist with VoIP system supportAssist with All printers/Plotters toner maintenance.Assist with Cloud support to end-users (i.e. Office 365, Code Two)Setup and Maintenance of procedures, guides, and SOPs as required.Assist with Wi-Fi AP and controller companywideSQL database- manage, support and maintainInitiate and liaise with 3rd party vendors for hardware and software support.Assist the ICT Management with Site initiation and planning.Monthly reporting and feedbackProviding end-user training and induction.Assist with cellphone updates and phone setupsEnsure ICT Training is kept current to ensure optimized support to business.Comply with IT support scheduled timeframeQualifications and Experience1 year IT Diploma or relevant IT certificationCompTIA certified- A+, Network + (Advantage)1 full year working experience.Experience:Entry Level Servicedesk/Helpdesk and Application SupportEntry Level VoIP, Printer, Network, Server SupportDesktop Support (Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Networks, Office Applications)Adobe AcrobatMultifunctional Printer support and vendor managementVoIP systemsCloud services (Advantage)Office 365 Application support (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive)Entry level Office Administration (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)Competencies Technical:intermediate Laptop/Desktop SupportIntermediate Printer SupportIntermediate Network SupportIntermediate Server SupportIntermediate VoIP SupportIntermediate ERP SupportIntermediate Application SupportIntermediate Mobility SupportShould you not hear from us within 21 days of the closing of the advert, kindly regard your application to have been unsuccessful.
