- Experience: 2+ years in organizational design/work study
- Location: Gauteng
- Department: Human Resources
Key Requirements:
- Relevant diploma with organizational design/management coursework
- Practical experience in job evaluation systems
- Proficiency with business process mapping tools
- Working knowledge of PERSAL system (advantageous)
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational structure analysis
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Manage job grading processes
- Maintain accurate personnel records
- Support HR administration functions
