Position Summary:

12-month internship for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining network systems, servers, and enterprise hardware
• Support system monitoring, performance optimization, and issue resolution
• Help implement security updates, patches, and backup protocols
• Participate in user access management and IT policy compliance
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure improvement projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed National Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field
• Basic understanding of:
  • Server and network infrastructure
  • Windows environments
  • Networking protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
