Position Details:

(Law Degree preferred) - Experience Required: 3-5 years in investigations or complaint resolution

Position Overview:
Investigate complaints of municipal maladministration and human rights violations, ensuring proper resolution in line with Ombudsman regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling investigations
- Knowledge of local government legislation
- Strong understanding of public service delivery processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into service delivery complaints
- Engage communities to promote awareness of Ombudsman services
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with recommendations
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions
- Address human rights violation allegations
