About Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA)
SHRA is a Schedule 3A public entity under the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). We facilitate state-subsidized rental housing for low-to-medium income earners (R1,850 – R22,000/month), contributing to social restructuring and sustainable communities across South Africa.
Position Overview
- Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and tender evaluations (RFQ/RFP/RFB)
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, and SCM regulations
- Process purchase orders and track delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and procurement documents
- Support document management aligned with ISO standards
- Resolve supply chain issues for internal/external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative assistance
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (Essential)
- National Diploma/NQF 6 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Purchasing
- Bachelor’s Degree/NQF 7 in related field (Advantageous)
