Key Responsibilities
- Manage learner enrollment processes for vocational programs
- Process and register learning program agreements
- Maintain digital records on SIMS information system
- Coordinate events and workshops
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Provide stakeholder support per MQA service standards
- Maintain document control systems
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate (Essential)
- National Diploma in HR Development/Public Administration (NQF 6)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Advantageous)
- Strong organizational skills
