Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Built Environment discipline:
  – Quantity Surveying
  – Civil Engineering
  – Electrical Engineering
  – Mechanical Engineering
  – Building Science
• Project Management certification OR Degree in Administration/Management
• Priority given to Johannesburg residents

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement project plans according to approved specifications
• Manage resource allocation for timely, budget-compliant project execution
• Develop operational procedures for Facilities Management Unit
• Maintain professional standards in all operations

Advantageous Skills:

• Knowledge of municipal government protocols
• Understanding of public sector project management
