Position Details

Location: Onderstepoort, Pretoria

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Required Qualification: BSc Honors in Microbiology/Animal Health or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sample collection at abattoirs
• Process and catalog laboratory specimens
• Prepare test reagents and media
• Perform microbiological analyses (culture, serology, PCR)
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate in relevant scientific discipline
• Basic knowledge of microbiological techniques
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
