Key Responsibilities
Audit Operations
- Support implementation of annual audit plans and risk frameworks
- Conduct compliance audits across business units
- Document findings and track corrective actions
- Maintain organized audit records (physical/digital)
Risk & Compliance
- Monitor regulatory adherence across operations
- Investigate fraud/irregularities cases
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage procurement documentation processes
- Prepare bid evaluation reports
- Support special projects as required
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Internal Audit/Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3+ years financial services/property sector experience
- Professional certification (IIASA/SAICA/IRBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PFMA/MFMA regulations
