Requirements
- A three-year tertiary qualification: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in BCom Law, LLB, Labour Law, or Commercial Law.
Duties
- Help monitor compliance by assisting with inspections to check adherence to the Employment Equity Act and its regulations. Support investigations into complaints about violations of the Act.
- Provide administrative support to inspectors.
