The Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality, and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA) is one of 21 SETAs established under the Skills Development Act. Formerly known as THETA until 2012, we facilitate skills development across five key sectors in South Africa.

Core Responsibilities
- Process and validate learner documentation per national guidelines
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records management systems
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and meetings
- Prepare audit-ready files and compliance documentation
- Support operational reporting and data analysis
- Assist with travel coordination and expense management
- Facilitate cross-departmental administrative processes
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
