Key Performance Areas:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee recovery of non-performing loans, property repossessions, and value optimization strategies
- Legal Compliance: Manage foreclosure processes and enforce contractual obligations
- Risk Analysis: Monitor portfolio performance and generate recovery progress reports
- Stakeholder Relations: Engage borrowers, legal teams, and external partners to resolve disputes
- Strategic Support: Implement turnaround plans and maintain accurate loan documentation
- Industry Benchmarking: Research best practices in distressed asset management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Property Management, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification/Certification in Credit Management or Public Finance (Preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in loan restructuring & asset recovery
- 3+ years in project management with focus on distressed properties
- Proven expertise in SA property laws and financial regulations
