Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Non-Performing Loan recovery and property repossession processes
• Oversee legal actions and debt enforcement procedures
• Monitor financial risks and prepare recovery progress reports
• Engage stakeholders and borrowers for sustainable solutions
• Develop strategies to optimize distressed asset value
• Implement industry best practices in portfolio management

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Finance, Law, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in loan restructuring and distressed asset management
• Proven track record in legal recoveries and portfolio rehabilitation
• In-depth knowledge of SA financial/legal property regulations

Preferred Credentials:

• Postgraduate qualification in Credit Management or Public Finance
• Experience in development finance institutions

Core Competencies:

• Expertise in NPL resolution strategies and property law
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Proficiency in legal documentation and compliance processes
• Excellent stakeholder negotiation abilities
