Position Summary

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Gauteng
Experience: 10+ years (5+ years in senior management)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment + Relevant Postgraduate Qualification

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure program management for public sector partners and internal projects
  • Develop infrastructure delivery systems aligned with national standards (including SIPDM)
  • Secure funding through government channels and international partnerships
  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution and monitoring
  • Build strategic relationships with government stakeholders and funding entities
  • Oversee revenue generation and financial sustainability of infrastructure initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • Professional registration as Engineer/Architect/Quantity Surveyor (advantageous)
  • Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure project management
  • Expertise in public sector procurement and contract management
  • Strong understanding of economic development principles
  • Advanced leadership and team management capabilities
