Job Description:

This role involves providing underwriting support to advisers, with a focus on personal and commercial lines business.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients.
  • Prepare quotations for new and existing clients.
  • Issue new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Record details and information on relevant systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A completed BCom Degree (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics and Investment Planning/Risk Management) or BCom (Economics) or NQF4/5 in Short Term Insurance.
  • No more than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical and administrative skills.
  • FAIS compliant and completed supervision.
