Position: Insurance Adviser Assistant (ADP)

Location: Steenberg, Western Cape

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate in:
    • Information Systems & Analytics
    • Investment Planning/Risk Management
    • Economics (NQF 4/5 Short Term Insurance qualification)
  • RE5 certification (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in English + one official SA language
  • 0-2 years financial services experience
  • Strong technical/administrative skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • FAIS compliance with completed supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication and relations
  • Prepare insurance quotations
  • Process policy documentation (new/renewal/amendments)
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Update operational systems with client data
