Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training sessions aligned with TETA standards
• Assess and moderate learner performance
• Develop/update training materials and curriculum
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001/9000 and safety regulations
• Manage training resource allocation and budgets
• Implement cost-saving training innovations

Requirements:

• NQF Level 4 qualification
• AMIC in Production certification
• Valid TETA-accredited Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator certificates
• 3-5 years’ experience in technical training (automotive preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
