Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF6) / BCOM Law / LLB or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Investigate reported cases of legal violations and enforce regulations
- Lead proactive “Blitz” inspections to monitor ongoing compliance
- Develop and present educational campaigns on labor legislation
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain case statistics
