Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace inspections to verify compliance with labor laws
  • Investigate reported cases of legislative violations
  • Perform unannounced compliance checks (Blitz inspections)
  • Lead public education initiatives on labor regulations
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain case records
  • Assist in developing strategic inspection plans
