- Understanding of Sectoral Determinations
- Familiarity with National Minimum Wage Act
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace inspections for BCEA compliance
- Investigate reported labor law violations
- Develop and present educational programs on labor regulations
- Contribute to regional inspection planning
- Maintain accurate compliance records
