Requirements
- Valid Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Computer literacy with strong attention to detail
- Current recommendation letter from community organization (issued within last 6 months)
- Understanding of Batho Pele principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily facility inspections and inmate interactions
- Monitor and report on incarceration conditions
- Document and investigate cases of inmate deaths, restraints, and force usage
- Support JICS officials during audits and investigations
- Manage complaint documentation and reporting systems
