Requirements

  • National Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Financial Management
  • 3+ years municipal finance experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Advanced computer skills (Inzalo system knowledge advantageous)
  • MFMA and Treasury Regulations knowledge

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead income unit operations and staff supervision
  • Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow
  • Oversee debt recovery processes and indigent management
  • Coordinate annual budget preparations
  • Maintain financial controls and audit compliance
  • Administer property data and bank accounts
