  • Education Requirement: Matric Certificate + National Certificate/Diploma in Investigations/Policing OR 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience Needed: 3-6 years in investigations/enforcement (tax, customs, policing or related fields)
  • Location: Mmabatho, North West Province
  • Departments: Financial Compliance, Legal Enforcement

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex tax and customs investigations focusing on smuggling/illicit trade
  • Execute search operations & control deliveries of high-value goods
  • Collaborate with SAPS/NPA on criminal prosecutions
  • Secure evidence for court proceedings and testify as required
  • Analyze financial data to identify non-compliance patterns
  • Lead border patrols and cross-border enforcement operations
  • Enforce customs penalties and license revocation for repeat offenders

Essential Qualifications

Option 1:
National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (Investigations/Policing)
+ 3-4 years investigative experience

Option 2:
Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
+ 6 years investigative/enforcement experience
