Position: ICT Technician

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Relevant certifications: A+, Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCITP
  • 3-5 years’ experience in IT networking and troubleshooting
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification

  • Manage ICT helpdesk operations and network administration
  • Maintain servers, databases, and network infrastructure
  • Implement disaster recovery plans and backup systems
  • Provide technical support and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network security
