Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant certifications: A+, Network+, Server+, CCNA, MCITP
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT networking and troubleshooting
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification

- Manage ICT helpdesk operations and network administration
- Maintain servers, databases, and network infrastructure
- Implement disaster recovery plans and backup systems
- Provide technical support and equipment maintenance
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security
- Keep updated with latest ICT trends and technologies
