Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in IT/Computer Science
• Valid driver’s license (unendorsed)
• Proven experience in IT systems management

• Proficiency in multi-system computer operations
• Technical problem-solving expertise

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage business applications (Payroll, Licensing Systems, CMS)
• Provide hardware/software support and procurement management
• Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and cloud systems
• Oversee IT asset management and helpdesk operations
• Implement system security protocols and backups
• Maintain organizational website and telephony systems
