Job Description

Hyundai Alberton is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a key role in our dealership by providing excellent customer service and managing the service needs of our clients’ vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service needs.
• Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Upsell additional services to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and their service requirements preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
