Job Description

The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and service technicians in an automotive dealership. They explain vehicle issues, recommend maintenance, create service orders, estimate costs, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and professionally.

Requirements
