Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support qualified technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation/maintenance/repair of HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance: cleaning filters, lubricating motors, replacing parts
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Help install new HVAC equipment
- Maintain accurate service records
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team and clients
- Keep work areas organized
- Attend required training programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years’ HVAC experience preferred
- Familiarity with hand/power tools
- Ability to interpret technical manuals/diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
