Your Role

Lead HR operations to support organizational goals through:

Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop workforce plans aligned with business objectives
  • Implement HR systems and operational processes
  • Manage employee value propositions
Talent Management
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Coordinate leadership development programs
  • Implement performance management frameworks
HR Compliance & Employee Relations
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA)
  • Guide conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Manage employment equity reporting
Learning & Development
  • Assess organizational training needs
  • Coordinate accredited skills development programs
  • Manage leadership competency frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • NQF Level 6/7 in Human Resources
  • 5+ years progressive HR experience
  • Expertise in HR information systems (Sage 300 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of South African labor legislation
