Human Resources Internship

Job Description

Raizcorp is looking for a newly qualified Human Resources graduate who is motivated and eager to gain valuable experience in a human resources department on a one-year internship.

The ideal graduate should be energetic, optimistic, and passionate about learning and putting in some really hard work to learn and grow within the company.

A strong foundation and basic experience in computer literacy will be advantageous. You will be working extensively with our internal systems, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Word.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working with:

• The HR Manager, supporting him with all internal HR functions and projects.
• The HR Business Partners, supporting them specifically with learning, development, and other HR-related administration.
• The Talent Specialist (recruitment), supporting him with recruitment administration, room bookings, interview pack preparation, and recruiting for junior vacancies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

There is no work experience required for this role. We will base the recruitment decision on the following factors:

• The quality of your CV, including grammar, spelling, attention to detail, and overall presentation.
• Your completed degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Organisational Learning and Development. (The type and nature of your qualification will be crucial.)
• Your academic performance at university. We are seeking strong overall academic performance.
• Examples of leadership roles held in school and university.
• Your performance during the interview process.
• Strong people skills (the role in the HR department requires confidence and comfort in approaching and working with different departments).
