Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Education: National Diploma/Degree in HR Management
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR Management
- Location: King William’s Town, Eastern Cape
- License: Valid driver’s license required
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of pension case management systems (Comp-easy)
- Understanding of Public Service Act & Regulations
- Experience with PERSAL system administration
- Familiarity with HR policy implementation
Core Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes including recruitment and employee transfers
- Oversee pension administration and injury-on-duty cases
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel records
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Supervise HR staff and handle disciplinary processes
