Position Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Education: National Diploma/Degree in HR Management
  • Experience: 1-3 years in HR Management
  • Location: King William’s Town, Eastern Cape
  • License: Valid driver’s license required

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of pension case management systems (Comp-easy)
  • Understanding of Public Service Act & Regulations
  • Experience with PERSAL system administration
  • Familiarity with HR policy implementation

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage HR processes including recruitment and employee transfers
  • Oversee pension administration and injury-on-duty cases
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel records
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supervise HR staff and handle disciplinary processes
