Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- NQF Level 7 Qualification (3-year Degree/National Diploma) in Public Administration/Management or Human Resource Management
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of Nyukela Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme
- Proven 5-year experience in middle/senior management roles

- Expertise in PFMA compliance and government operations
- Strong strategic leadership and project management skills
- Experience in organizational transformation initiatives
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive HR services including recruitment and personnel management
- Manage employee compensation and benefits administration
- Lead implementation of HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate auxiliary support services
- Optimize resource allocation within the department
- Contribute to organizational strategy development
