Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • NQF Level 7 Qualification (3-year Degree/National Diploma) in Public Administration/Management or Human Resource Management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Completion of Nyukela Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme
  • Proven 5-year experience in middle/senior management roles

  • Oversee comprehensive HR services including recruitment and personnel management
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits administration
  • Lead implementation of HR policies and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate auxiliary support services
  • Optimize resource allocation within the department
  • Contribute to organizational strategy development
