Position Type:

12-Month Fixed Term Internship (INSETA Program)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR team with daily operations
  • Assist with administrative functions in human capital management
  • Participate in structured workplace learning program

Essential Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Completed degree/diploma in:
    – Human Resources
    – Industrial Psychology

    – Labour Relations
    – BCom Law/LLB or related field

Candidate Profile:

  • South African citizen (18-35 years)
  • Currently unemployed (minimum 2 months)
  • No prior INSETA internship participation

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Detail-oriented with high stress tolerance
  • Self-motivated team player with deadline focus

Program Structure:

  • 12-month skills development agreement
  • Monthly stipend provided
  • Workplace experience in corporate HR environment
