Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Administer employee service benefits and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate staff training initiatives and development programs
  • Maintain performance management systems
  • Process employment transfers and personnel documentation
