Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Education: NQF Level 6 Qualification in HR Management/Public Administration (or equivalent)
  • Experience: 2+ years in HR environment OR completed 2-year HR internship
  • Location: Mpumalanga Province
  • Department: Human Resources

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in HR planning and performance management systems
  • Familiarity with PERSAL system preferred
  • Understanding of Employment Equity planning

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage performance agreement documentation and tracking
  • Maintain accurate PMDS databases
  • Implement pay progression outcomes
  • Support EE Plan development and organizational assessments
  • Coordinate HR policy administration
