Position Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education: NQF Level 6 Qualification in HR Management/Public Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience: 2+ years in HR environment OR completed 2-year HR internship
- Location: Mpumalanga Province
- Department: Human Resources
Key Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in HR planning and performance management systems
- Familiarity with PERSAL system preferred
- Understanding of Employment Equity planning
Core Responsibilities
- Manage performance agreement documentation and tracking
- Maintain accurate PMDS databases
- Implement pay progression outcomes
- Support EE Plan development and organizational assessments
- Coordinate HR policy administration
