Required Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR Management, Public Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes including candidate selection and appointment administration
• Administer employee service benefits and related documentation
• Oversight of employee exit procedures
• General departmental administrative support
